Good graphics and sound. My girlfriends daughter enjoyed this game. Leapster games apply learning concepts to games.
We have only had our Leapster for a few months, but it has been such a great learning tool and fun activity - I just wish we bought it and the Disney Princess game a long time ago. She doesn't really know how to play the games yet, but she loves the princess characters and she is quite entertained by it as well. My 3-year-old daughter loves to play around with game on the Leapster too.
She loves princesses, so this game was perfect for her. Right now she is just learning how to put letter sounds together to read simple words, but eventually when she can read more words she will be able to do the more difficult levels. I bought this game for my daughter's 5th birthday.
This game really is so fun for girls and I love that she is actually learning something while she's playing instead of just staring at a screen or playing with something that isn't very stimulating. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone. She loves all of the characters and learning activities that it comes with.
I like that you can choose which level you want to play each game, so it can be played at many different learning stages.
She is learning the correct way to write her letters, gaining lots of hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. My daughter tends to give up when she makes mistakes but with this game she just keeps plugging along because it never makes her feel bad it just keeps guiding them forward. The games are very cute and very educational. I read the reviews before I bought this and they were not that great. Definitely a must have for the princess fan. Well, this turned out to be her favorite game and I love it too. I bought it solely because my daughter loves the Disney princesses. It teaches so many great skills and the best part is it is so encouraging even when mistakes are made.
It's a must have for the Leapster 2. My daughter & I love this game. It's fun for her and I love the fact that she is learning to write letters, numbers, and shapes.
The external cartridge games are great but it also comes with few games/paintbrush type programs that keep the kids busy for hours learning colors and shapes. Great product, my niece loves it. Amazon delivered it on time.
